Booking and Cancellation Policy
A deposit is required to secure and confirm all appointments booked. Your appointment is NOT confirmed until the deposit has been received.
The deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service.
Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours before your appointment. Late cancellations, same day cancellations, no shows will result in the loss of your deposit, and new deposit will be required to book another appointment.
